Air conditioning not working? Try these checks first
- Check the remote has working batteries and the unit is in the right mode (cool or heat).
- Make sure the power is on at the isolator switch and the circuit hasn't tripped.
- Clean the indoor filters – blocked filters are a very common cause of poor performance.
- Note any flashing lights or error codes on the unit or controller.
- If water is leaking or you hear grinding, switch the system off and call us.
